Condition Certain 2018 model year Chevrolet Equinox and GMC Terrain vehicles equipped with a 1.6L diesel engine (RPO LH7), may have been built with an improper alignment of the clamp/gasket assembly connecting the turbocharger to the catalytic converter. This condition may cause a diesel exhaust leak and/or smoke from the underhood area of the vehicle. In addition, a check engine indicator may set with diagnostic trouble code P0421.
Correction Dealers are to inspect and replace the turbocharger to catalytic converter clamp/gasket as necessary.

Condition Certain 2018 model year Chevrolet Colorado and 2018 model year GMC Canyon vehicles may have contamination that was introduced into the brake pressure modulator valve (BPMV), resulting in spongy braking, an increase in stopping distance and pulling (uneven) braking.
Correction Replace brake pressure modulator valve (BPMV).

Condition Certain 2017 – 2018 model year Cadillac CTS A, 2018 model year Cadillac ATS, and 2018 model year GMC Terrain vehicles have a condition where a portion of the engine control module (ECM) memory is erased following the programming of other modules in the vehicle. The ECM memory is used to store On Board Diagnostic (OBD) data, such as certain emission diagnostic OBD data, that is to be retained after vehicle key-off and ECM shutdown.
Correction Reprogram ECM with updated calibration.

Condition In certain 2018 model year Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra vehicles, the concentration of dex-cool coolant to water may be too high and may cause degradation of cooling performance. The driver may see a DIC message at 125 degrees Celsius that the air-conditioning is disabled for engine coolant temperature (ECT), and at 128 degrees Celsius, another DIC message is displayed for Engine Overheated Idle Engine.
Correction Dealers are to drain specified coolant amount and replace with water.
